New bug #551: Compiler::ToObject preamble Parameter Doesn't add code to beginning of template
               The documentation for the "preamble" parameter to
               HTML::Mason::Compiler::ToObject says:

               preamble

               Text given for this parameter is placed at the beginning of
               each

               component. See also postamble.

               However, I've found that if there is a <%once> block in a
               component, then any code I specify via the "preamble"
               parameter appears _after_ the %once code in the objetc file,
               not at the beginning as I would expect. This can cause me
               headaches for things like

               preamble => "use utf8\n",

               Because any code in %once doesn't know it's UTF8.

New bug #552: Line numbering is off after an <%args>, <%attr>, or <%flags> block
               The line numbering will be off by the number of lines inside
               the block.
