New task #570: Add MVC section to developer's manual
               Update developer's manual with an eye towards model and
               content separation. Talk about MVC and what it means in a
               limited way for Mason. Basically, using modules - preferably
               OO modules - in lieu of executing SQL and computing values
               in components.

New task #571: Add glob_path for interp and request
               Now that the resolver's glob_path has become more
               inconvenient (it must be passed a list of component roots),
               we should provide 

               $interp->glob_path("/foo/bar/*") 

               $m->glob_path("foo/bar/*") # can be relative to current
               component 

               This is a natural extension to $m->comp_exists.
