Actually, it's not so much the Apache2 stuff, as various other things which were done in the 1.2 branch, but not merged into 1.3. e.g. David Wheeler made sure all output from the live tests was properly preceeded by "# ". Dave Rolsky added the nice one_test() function to reduce repetative code in the live tests. But both of those are rather cosmetic, and maybe time is better spent on finally porting the live tests to Apache::Test.
