A legitimate issue which got a good discussion, the conclusion of which 
appeared to be that you could use $r->method to get much of what you want.

A couple meta-points:

1. We owe you nothing.  Don't forget Mason is developed by _volunteers_.

2. Acting like a jerk makes it _much_ more likely you won't be listened to 
in the future

3. Just cause we release 1.30 doesn't mean that you can't bring this up 
for 1.31, but see #1 and #2.
