New bug #586: Setting UID/GID for files created at server startup causes crash under Apache2
               The call to Apache2::Directive->conftree needs to be a
               function call, not a method call.

New bug #587: Cleanup cannot see variables declared in perl sections
               The main body of the component now has its own scope, and
               variable declarations from <%perl> sections go out of scope
               before the cleanup block happens.
