Problems installing HTML::Mason

Hello list,

I have a strange issue installing Mason with CPAN in my Ubuntu 10.04 LTS with v5.10.1 environment. Running

If I run the command

  perl -MCPAN -e"install HTML::Mason"

I get the following error message:

Package seems to come without Makefile.PL.
