supporting utf8 form data in HTML::Mason

Hi,

When entering accented text in form fields in my Mason app I get back
weird characters. For example 'Qu=E9bec' entered in a text field is saved
as 'Qu=C3=A9bec'. What should I do to fully support utf8?
