Best way to setup with apache?

I'm currently using Plack::Handler::Apache2, but I'm getting some
intermittent errors ...

Can't get the name of an anonymous package at
/usr/lib/perl5/Class/MOP/Package.pm line 243.

I've seen some stuff about mod_psgi but google doesn't turn up much about
it, and it's not a package available through apt-get.
