question re: gui widgets.

hi

iam a bit new to using mvc technologies and would like to know how 
people generate their xhtml/html gui's using maverick.

does everyone write their own html to generate gui widgets such as trees 
or do you use an gui library.

the reason for my question, is that i would prefer not to write any html 
or css but just plugin appropriate gui widgets (trees,menus,etc)into 
maverick.
