HTML Tidy Transform Factory

Hi,

I just submitted an HTML Tidy Transform Factory as a patch.
This transform factory adds an extra transform type which
executes Java HTML Tidy (http://jtidy.sourceforge.net) on a
view. Tidy performs an HTML syntax check/correction and
optional pretty-print. Such a transform can be useful to
clean up HTML or XML code. An interesting use is the
transformation of HTML to XHTML, such that the next
transform can be an XSL-transformation. An example would be
a PDF-rendering using the Maverick FOP transform factory in
opt-fop.

Perhaps this patch can be of use as the base for an
opt-tidy module.
