RE: Full source for the friendbook-velocity example

The code is taken directly from friendbook-jsp. There are no changes to
the controllers for the Velocity version (or the Domify version, for
that matter). Neat, huh? :-)

When building opt-velocity (or opt-domify), the buildfile expects the
maverick directory to be a peer directory. So basically your filesystem
should look just like the CVS tree. The opt-velocity buildfile will
compile the controllers out of maverick/examples/friendbook-jsp/javasrc.

I'll put on my todo list: Update the VelocityViewServlet in
opt-velocity to a more recent version.
