Where to find the "friendbook-domify" example???

Hello,

Can anybody please tell me where to find the "opt-domify-2.0.1" package!!!
I am especially interested in the friendbook-domify example to examine the
domify package.
Already searched on http://sourceforge.net/projects/domify but could only
find the "opt-domify-1.0.1", which does not include the friendbook-domify
example.

Can anybody please help me, I really don't know where to search anymore...
It cannot be that difficult, but just cannot find it.
