Parameterised redirect?

I have page that's accessed with a parameter, "view-project.m?project=7"
on the page I have another link to add a user to the project
"adduser.m?project=7" that has a form that points to do-adduser with the
appropriate bits. 

If successful I would like to redirect to "view-project.m?project=7" but
I'm not sure how to. 

Any pointers?
