ANN: Release 2.2.0 of Maverick

Version 2.2.0 is up.
 
Be sure to check the release notes, there are some minor API and
behavior changes in this release.  In particular:
 
.  The param collection on the context interfaces has been split up into
separate controller, view, and transform param collections.
 
.  Reuse of the maverick context between command invocations within the
same http request is now disabled by default.  Version 2.1.2 added this
feature, but it broke SiteMesh.  Now you can configure it with an
init-param to the Dispatcher (check the docs in the download).
