DataGrids,TreeViews, and AJAX

I realize that many other have made this request, but I have to ask as well. Are there any examples that could be shared that use datagrids or treeviews in the aspx files. Someone had mentioned in one of the posts that they had used views with datagrids. I am not understanding clearly how paging is going to work as well as the sort. Also, does anyone have experience with AJAX and maverick. If it matters, I am developing this app with .NET 2.0.
