I'm doing so right now, but that was never the goal. DM1 and 2 are not API compatible, which means that most external (static) stuff is not neccessarily compatible with each other. I'd rather migrate most DM1 stuff into a new fresh cleaned up DM2 directory instead of continuing using the old stuff. This is some 3.0 goal actually. We can leave that file there for now if you're short on time, but all files not used by DM1 should actually go into a DM2 directory. Especially as of 3.0 (when DM1 will probably be deprecated) you cannot rely on the DM1 stuff to be available. Live long and Prosper!
