Don't worry, this is part of the "creative process" :-)

The core (and MidCOM) have moved forward in great strides since last  
spring, including lots of new functionality, and fixing several  
stability problems. However, every now and then miscommunications  
cause problems... This is something that is to be expected on any  
international open source project.

I think PHP5 support is in PHP4 module now (Piotras, can you  
confirm?). The main problem with PHP5 support however is that big  
parts of MidCOM would need to be rewritten to it. See bug #284 for
