In practice this means that MidCOM metadata (hiding, approval checks)  
must be switched off on all bigger Midgard 1.7 sites. If those sites  
need approval control, Exorcist staging/live is the solution.

1.7 metadata approval checks are OK for smaller sites, but we should  
do better with 1.8.
