PHP unittests comitted

Hi, I have comitted a start for a unittestharness for the midgard php
API.

It is not perfect, but covers most of the querybuilder api as well as
parts of the reflection api.

There is still a lot of work to do, but I think it is a good start. I
would like to encurage everyone to take a look and both provide comments
and (preferably) new tests to things you know are not working. I will
now set the tests to be run against current CVS every day - thus we can
track both progress and catch errors early.
