pear.midcom-project.org has been updated with versions of datamanager  
and AIS that ship their static files.

However, the packages that are online ATM have their l10n files  
missing, as the .txt files were incorrectly marked as "data", placing  
them under PEAR data dir instead of the component dir. I've already  
fixed this issue in pear-package.php

Now another issue we still need to consider is stock icons. I would  
propose switching to http://pearified.com/index.php?category=7&page=1
