Definitely. I'was just thinking about the default paths, used when a
path is not defined in the configuration file. In fact I'd prefer that
to be the only place where the static paths are used. The higher level
tools should get the paths they need through the config API instead of
using a header file or a global midgard_get_sysconfdir() function.
