	Hi!

I am not sure if I fully understand the difference between midgard_server_config 
and midgard_directory_config. What I am trying to fix now is PAM auth with trusted one.

Shouldn't authtype be set as member of directory_config instead of server_config ?
Or server_config and directory_config points to the same vhost?
