Installing SQL files with PEAR packages

Hi!

There is now a new file role "midgardsql" for handling SQL files  
components want to install. These SQL files can be used for creating  
the tables used by the components' MgdSchemas, setting indexes and so  
forth.

PEAR packager helper will pick up the file named "config/ 
mgdschema.sql" under the component directory and handle it through  
this role.

When the package is installed, this file will be placed under  
"midgardsql_dir", by default /usr/share/midgard/sql/update

This directory is used by datagard, which will import all SQL files  
from it when "database update" is performed.

The "Midgard SQL Role" is available as package midcom/Role_Midgardsql.
