The vote is now closed, with only four participiants (including myself...)
voting +1 for the MRFC. It is thus rejected according to the rules of our
community process.

MidCOM will keep the individual components' toolbar solutions for now (most
probably beyond 2.6), no core integration will be done.

I'm awaiting a new proposal about how the toolbars should be implemented in
MidCOM core to be written.
