object setsitegroup

	Hi!

Looks like we need to do something with this issue.

1. Make sitegroup settable with property value set, with condition that 
it is only safe when object was just created and has not attachments
and parameters?

Or

2. Implement setsitegroup method which sets all related objects' sitegroup
including object itself?
