I'm in the process of rewriting sitewizard with Jerry (W_I), so  
backwards compatibility with the Midgard API is not 100% necessary.

We will abstract all creation stuff into libraries (starting with  
Tarjei's midgard.admin.sitegroup) and sitewizard will just be a shell  
to run those.
