Difficulties to install midgard 1.6.3

Hi i'm new in using Migardand I got a problem after the install. I tried to 
make an install using sources files. This is the way I did:
info: version 1.6.3

midgard-core-1.6.3

./configure --with-pagelinks --with-filetemplates 
make
make install

midgard-apache2-1.6.3

./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs
make
make install

midgard-php5-1.6.3

./mkall --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --with-apr-
config=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apr-config

/usr/local/lib/php.ini
**********************
extension=midgard.so

midgard-data-1.6.3
******************
./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs
make
make install

datagrad

apachectl restart

chown -R nobody:nobody /var/local/lib/midgard/vhosts

The problem is that after doing this, I'm not able to create correctly a 
connexion to the database. The database is created but the following error 
appears:

Can not import admin user


An other problem is that the first time I was able to install correctly 
Midgard, I wasn't able to access to local pages. The error 404 or a "Permission 
denied" page appears on my browser.
