Difficulties to reach /midgard, /aegir or /spider-admin

Everything is ok and well-installed. The lib midgard.so is loaded and all the 
packages are imported and installed too but I cannot reach any of the 3 sites. 
It's weird. I only have a midcom-static directory linked 
on /usr/local/share/midgard/midcom/static 
in /var/local/lib/midgard/vhosts/test2/8001 directory. Is someone could help 
me? It would be cool. How can I make it work and reach those sites? Thanks in 
advance.
