ERROR: get_template() failure: []

Has someone already had that kind of error (ERROR: get_template() failure: []) 
while trying to reach some pages of the /aegir site? Plus I can't log 
into /midgard but there's no problem while trying to log into /aegir or /spider-
admin sites.
That is my config in case of: Midgard 1.6.3/ PHP 4.3.11/ apache2
