Midgard Install

Hi. I am installing Midgard 1.6.3 on RedHat Enterprise
Linux Version 3.  I am having a problem with
installing the Midgard data package. 

1. On the install page for the Midgard data package it
says that I need to add this to the ./configure
command: --with-dialog (dialog binary, important for
datagard functions [e.g. dialog]).

The problem is that I can't find the dialog binary
anywhere on my system and can't find it anywhere on
the Internet. Although, I do have a dialog.c but that
is a source file. Does anyone know where this is
located so that I can install it.
