Mistake in setting up virtual server

Hello, As I was trying to figure out the problems that I had been with getting Midgard I had tried to create multiple virtual servers. I am now thinking that this may have been a mistake. If I decide that I want to delete a virtual server is the process of doing this as simple as deleting the virtual server in apache and starting over or do I also have to reinstall the database as well?
