Greetings!

Jukka ported Midgard documentation from the old topic tree into the Wiki
today:

http://www.midgard-project.org/documentation/

This should make it easier to contribute and maintain the documentation.
However, for a while things may seem a bit broken.

Please comment if you find any issues. If you have an account on the site,
you're of course welcome to fix things. And if not, contact me to get one
