I meant versions before 1.6.

Set sitegroup guid in repligard conf and export as SG0 admin using i18n_po schema.
In new db create new sitegroup with trhe same name and new admin with the same login.
Edit i18n_po to remove sg data and import as new created SGx admin.
That should work IIRC.

I do not remember login delimeters :/ ( admin+sg ) should be fine.
