Installing Midgard On SuSE 10

I am trying to install midard on suse 10.
I have installed apt and apt-libs

I have run the following: apt-get install midgard-cms

But it comes back as:
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
E: Couldn't find package midgard-cms

Could someone please point out what I might be doing wrong
