Two options here: 1) Reuse the existing AIS and root topics in your database. To do this you need to log into Aegir or Spider Admin, check their GUIDs, and then go to /midcom-admin/settings of your new MidCOM site and input the GUIDs there 2) Rename or remove the topics that block you using Aegir or Spider Admin.
