Problem: Site initialization missing

Greetings,

I got my installation issues resolved (I believe), and then ran datagard to=
 create the database and virtual host. However, when I try to access the si=
te, I get the error shown in the subject.

I click the "proceed to system initialization" link and get the Midgard CMS=
 Authentication screen, but what is the username/password?

I've been trying to figure it out, and have enabled debugging in the loggin=
g, but I admit that I'm a bit stumped.

Anyone have any ideas on what I may have missed?
