For my money, if you are on a Unix server using PHP for the scripting, and
MySQL for the database is the way to go. They are both free, robust and very
mature and there are loads of support groups, and free working applications
you can customize as you like. Have you looked at SourceForge.net? Just my
thoughts on this.
