Hi Amelia,
I have had the same non-response for free licensing for my non-profit sites,
though I did get a response for the first one I submitted.  Not sure what is
going on, unless they get a deluge of submissions and don't have the time to
check them all.  It is problematic if we need to get the sites published and
do not have authorization to use the scripts.
