Swap images not swapping

I built an image-based menu using 2 gifs for each heading. On mouseover, the gifs should swap from a light background with dark lettering to a dark background with light lettering. Works fine when I preview in my browser, but when it is live, the images do not swap. The gifs are about 1k each. Can someone please look at the page and let me know what I've done wrong?
