Well simple: don't use Actionscript :p
stupid sollution but the Swf2php tool is very very buggy and never 
completed (as far as I know)

I used it pure for shapes, and one note about that:

the tool is extracting everything in mips and not pixels, so after your 
PHP is generated devide it with 20.
