Ming: question

Hi all

Newcomer to the list, qith a strange question

Does anyone here have experience with a free dev package called Nusphere on
Windows?

The reason I ask is that I use it for local development on my machine and am
looking to get Ming installed.

The problem is the most recent release of Nusphere has php 4.3.2, but it
does not come with Ming with it.

My question is this, on a Windows machine, what do I need to do to:

Set up Ming succesfully?
