Webboard: Upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3

Hi,

I am still using 3.2.43-mysql. I am considering upgrading to the latest 3.3 version. If I do, can I still use my old CGI search template or do I need to make a new one? Also, I assume a complete re-index would be in order
