Webboard: MySQL fulltext parser plugin install issues

I'm having a bit of trouble getting the fulltext parser plugin to install.  

I've been following the instructions provided by:



http://www.mnogosearch.org/doc/msearch-udmstemmer.html



When I try to execute the line:

INSTALL PLUGIN stemming SONAME 'libmnogosearch.so';



I receive the error:

ERROR 1126 (HY000): Can't open shared library 

'/usr/lib/mysql/plugin/libmnogosearch.so' (errno: 2 libmnogocharset-

3.3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)



Any ideas?
