Unfortunately patch did not solve the problem.

As to SQLite3 versions, Ubuntu 16.04 it is
SQLite version 3.11.0 2016-02-15 17:29:24
and in Jessie
SQLite version 3.8.7.1 2014-10-29 13:59:56
