Sort the result by date

hi, 
i try to use the -s option of search commande in the api php to try the result by date and not by relevancy. 
i use this : 
Udm_Set_Agent_Param_Ex($udm_agent, 's', 'd'); 

but mnogosearch sort by ascending date and not by descending date ! 

Have you an idea
