Re: keepalive configuration

Hi Zachary,

I'm not doing anything special on mod-pubsub.org -- just running the Python
server right out of the box.  We have KeepAlives on, and they time out at 15
sec -- but that shouldn't be affecting the frequency of keepalive packages.
