Is the 'js' format really HTML + JS?


You know, there are IANA registered mime types for those.
http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/

And HTTP request headers for requesting them too.
 Accept: text/javascript; text/ecmascript; text/xml; message/rfc822;
application/x-java-serialized-object;

Apparently text/javascript; text/ecmascript;  are not yet registered.
