Which I suppose is Joyce kicking me subtly to introduce myself. I'm 
Alex Russell, the guy who wrote netWindows, and I'm taking on a 
rewrite of the JS client library and doing some plotting about how 
the speed of the python server code can be fixed.

If anyone has comments/thoughts about what you like and/or hate about 
the JS library as it stands, I'd be most appreciative for any input I 
can get.
