RE: Java client update/rewrite

pubsublib.py is stubbed out for a lot of features we were
one day going to get to, but it was the goal in starting
that library to make it a reference implementation for other
client libraries.

Please do ask questions about it when/if you have questions.

And thanks to everyone who's currently tackling some new
aspect of this project.  We had all been kind of quiet
recently, but the new activity sounds very exciting to me.

(I hear that Rick has some Perl client library bug fixes he
wants to check in soon, too... :)
