New Java client in CVS

I've just put the new java client code in cvs. See 
java_pubsub/src/org/mod_pubsub/client for the code and 
java_pubsub/test/org/mod_pubsub/client for the unit tests. There's also a 
couple of new jars in the lib directory..

Still to be done:

     An ant build file (I've been using Eclipse up to now)
     More real-life functional testing
     Finish off Javadoc
     UTF-8 unit tests
     and some more things I've probably missed


Longer term :

     Reconnection logic
     Off-line storage of events
     etc
